A lumbar pad, not a fixed curve. The lumbar support is a separate pad that moves 3 cm (1.2 in) in and out and 5.5 cm (2.2 in) up and down — one bullet says 5 cm — independent of the backrest angle. The Yaheetech builds its support into the shape of the mesh; a pad can be moved to where your lower back actually is. Setting up a new office chair shows how to place it.
Armrests that get out of the way. 3D armrests slide 5 cm (2 in), turn up to 5° and fold up 90°, so the chair can tuck under a desk; the CAPOT’s also fold, the Yaheetech’s are fixed.
The figures. A 150 kg (330 lb) capacity and an 8 cm (3.1 in) high-density foam seat under a mesh back — the only chair in the hub with a foam seat; mesh vs foam covers the difference. The seat travels 10 cm (3.9 in), but Marsail does not say from what height to what height, so check the fit against your desk. The backrest reclines 90–120°. The PU casters are sold as silent and scratch-free; no warranty is stated.
The price. No US price could be read; on amazon.de it read about €80 when we checked, against about €46 for the Yaheetech and about €180 to €200 for the ELITESEATS and CAPOT.
