A kit like this is bought when you do not yet know what will work: a run that needs sleeving, an edge that needs a clip, a bundle that needs a tie. Five approaches in one box, with thirty-six adhesive clips in Polyamide 66, ten reusable ties with an eyelet in the tail so they can be hung or chained together, two 197 in rolls of adhesive tie, a hundred nylon ties and four split sleeves.

What does not survive a reading is the count. The product name says 192 pieces. Add up the contents bullet on the same page — 4 and 10 and 36 and 2 and 100 — and you get 152. The brand’s other kit, sold separately, also claims 192 and itemizes a list that genuinely reaches it, which suggests this title belongs to that box.

One dimension has the same problem. Here the cord protectors are “20 inch l x 4 inch w”; on the sister listing they are “20 in L x 0.4 in w”. A 4 in wide split sleeve is not a thing anyone sells for a desk, and the two pages are the only evidence either way. Of the 152 pieces, 100 are single-use nylon ties — worth knowing in a hub whose third comparison is whether a fastener can be reopened.

What holds up, and what does not

Best for: A first pass at a messy desk, where you do not yet know which of the five approaches will work.

Strengths

  • Covers five approaches in one box — sleeving, adhesive clips, reusable ties, adhesive tie rolls and nylon ties
  • Thirty-six adhesive clips in two colors, black and transparent, in Polyamide 66
  • The reusable ties have an eyelet in the tail, so they can be hung or joined into a longer tie
  • Split sleeving loads without unthreading the run
  • Two 197 in rolls of adhesive tie, which is over thirty feet of fastening

Compromises

  • The title claims 192 pieces; itemize the contents bullet and it comes to 152
  • States the cord protectors as "20 inch l x 4 inch w", where the sister kit from the same brand states 0.4 in — one of the two has a decimal point in the wrong place
  • A hundred of the pieces are single-use nylon ties, which this hub’s third comparison counts against
  • Adhesive clips are specified for clean surfaces with no surface types ruled out

What buyers ask us first

Does the piece count add up?

Not on its own page. The product name says 192 PCS. The contents bullet lists 4 cord protectors, 10 reusable wire ties, 36 self-adhesive cord holders, 2 adhesive tie rolls and 100 nylon ties — which is 152. The sister kit from the same brand, listed separately on amazon.com, also claims 192 and itemizes 4 sleeves, 20 reusable ties, 46 clips and holders, 2 rolls, 20 zip tie mounts and 100 ties, which does come to 192. One of the two listings carries the other’s headline.

How wide is the sleeve?

The listing says 4 in, which would be a sleeve the width of a hand. The same brand’s other kit states the same 20 in length at 0.4 in wide, which is the dimension a 20 in split cord protector actually has. Taken together, the figure to expect is 0.4 in — and it is the brand’s own listings that disagree, not us.
