The only mat in this hub that publishes a foam density
HEALEG one-inch molded PU mat with a leather top
The thickest published mat in this hub at 1 in, and the only one anywhere on the shelf to state a foam density — 140D high-pressure integrated molded polyurethane.
HEALEG one-inch molded PU mat with a leather top
Publishes a foam density — 140D — which no other mat in this hub states
A full 1 in of foam, the thickest published figure on this shelf
Ships rolled, and needs 24 hours or more laid flat to recover its shape
Best for: Long standing sessions, where how the foam is made matters more than what the mat is called.
There is one figure on this shelf that tells you what a mat will be like in two years rather than on the first day, and this is the only listing that publishes it: 140D high-pressure integrated molded polyurethane foam. Density is what resists permanent compression under a heel; thickness only tells you how much there is to compress.
The rest of the specification is unusually complete in the same direction. The foam is a full inch thick, the top skin is given as 1.2 mm (0.05 in) wear-resistant leather — a thickness for the surface, which nothing else here states — and the mat is described as naturally foamed without paint or glue, and odor-free. Underneath there is an anti-slip texture and a bevelled edge.
Two gaps, one of them odd. Nothing on the listing gives the mat’s footprint, so the one dimension you need for a desk is the one missing while the two you would not think to ask for are published. And it ships rolled, needing 24 hours or more flat to recover — stated plainly, and the opposite of the FEATOL mat in this hub, which advertises that it is never folded at all — at $45 against $25 here.

What holds up, and what does not
Best for: Long standing sessions, where how the foam is made matters more than what the mat is called.
Strengths
Publishes a foam density — 140D — which no other mat in this hub states
A full 1 in of foam, the thickest published figure on this shelf
Publishes the thickness of the top skin too: 1.2 mm (0.05 in) wear-resistant leather
Integrated molded foam, stated to be naturally foamed without paint or glue and odor-free
Anti-slip texture plus a micro-stick surface on the underside, and a bevelled edge
Compromises
Ships rolled, and needs 24 hours or more laid flat to recover its shape
No dimensions published for the mat itself — the thickness is given, the footprint is not

What buyers ask us first
What does 140D mean?
It is a density figure for the foam — usually read as kilograms per cubic meter, though HEALEG does not state the unit — and it is the number that decides whether a mat holds its shape under a heel for years or compresses flat in months. HEALEG is the only listing in this hub to publish one. The two most expensive mats on this shelf, the Ergodriven Topos, describe their foam only as "Ultra-Thick", and the FEATOL and YBAYMY say "high-density" without a figure.
Will it flatten out after being rolled?
HEALEG says it will, with a time: "The mat may appear slightly curved upon arrival-simply lay it flat on the floor for 24+ hours to restore its original shape, or place it under sunlight for a few hours to speed up the flattening process." That is a straightforward statement of a real inconvenience. The FEATOL mat in this hub takes the opposite approach and states that it is not folded or curled in the box at all.
One of the two thinnest mats in this hub at 13 mm (0.51 in), in PVC foam with a diamond-textured underside and a bevelled edge, sold primarily as a kitchen rug.

The lowest price in this hub by a wide margin
Diamond-shaped texture on the underside to stop it sliding, with a bevelled edge against tripping
At 13 mm (0.51 in) it is about half the thickness of the thickest mat in this hub (HEALEG, 1 in); only the Art3d, at 12 mm, is thinner
Best for: A short standing session on a hard floor, or the kitchen, where thickness is not the point.
The largest mat in this hub at 92 × 152 cm (36 × 60 in): a commercial-grade antistatic PVC surface over a high-density memory foam core, designed to hold its shape rather than flatten.

54 by 36 in, with a stated minimum depth of 22 in for placement — the largest here after the 92 × 152 cm YBAYMY
The bullets give no thickness for either zone; the product page measurements give 0.8 in overall without saying which zone it describes
Best for: A sit-stand desk on a hardwood floor, where two separate mats would be in each other’s way.
