Ten small plastic drawers, or four large lockable steel ones
Do you need many small compartments for separate categories, or fewer large, lockable drawers for genuine security?
Both are rolling storage units, but they solve different problems and sit in different places — a 105 cm tower of ten small drawers beside the desk, against a 69 cm steel cabinet of four lockable drawers under it.

Take the Iris Ohyama for organizing many small, distinct categories of paper and supplies separately.
Take the SONGMICS for papers that must be locked away, and a cabinet that rolls under the desk with a stated 15 kg per drawer.
The SONGMICS, at 69 cm (27.2 in) tall, rolls under most desks; the Iris Ohyama, at 105 cm on its wheels and 100.5 cm without, does not — it stands beside the desk.
The Iris Ohyama spreads paper across ten 7-liter drawers, each taking a 500-sheet ream of A4. The SONGMICS has four larger drawers rated at 15 kg each, one with an insert for small items.
