Tonmom

The only laptop stand here that publishes its folded size and weight — and the cheapest in the US

Tonmom appears once on this site, in laptop stands and coolers, with its foldable laptop stand.

Heights you can check. Seven levels from 2.78 to 6.5 in (7 to 16.5 cm) — the only height range published in the hub. The Babacom says only that its height “could be adjustable”, and the LIANGSTAR states seven levels without heights. Is your monitor at the right height? covers how high a laptop screen should sit.

Made to carry. It folds to 10.5 × 1.96 × 0.92 in (26.7 × 5 × 2.3 cm) and weighs 0.57 lb (260 g), with a sleeve — the only folded size and weight published in the hub. The Babacom folds too but gives neither.

What it is made of. ABS plastic with a large silicone pad that holds the laptop, on a triangular support; the forward tilt and open frame let some air under the laptop, without fans. It takes laptops from 10 to 15.6 in, the smallest maximum in the hub, and publishes no load — the Babacom, in aluminium, is the only stand rated, at 4 kg.

Claims we do not repeat. The listing says it reduces neck fatigue, back pain and eye strain; this site does not repeat that as a health claim.

The price. About $9 on Amazon.com when we checked — the lowest in the hub.
